Whining noise from pass front wheel???????

When I was driving earlier at about 30 MPH I started to hear a whining noise from the passenger front wheel it stoped when I hit on the brakes. I know yall might say its the brake pads but no cause it does it when the brakes arent engaged. Anyone thing its the wheel bearing?

check to make sure you have nothing lose, nothing in contact with the rotor, dust sheild. check for play in wheel bearing.
