Question Fuel pump, relay?, starting issues,

Ok, it rained for a week straight here and i didnt drive my 05 evo 8. On the 4th day of rain i starteed her up and went to get gas. After i filled her up she wouldn't start, and hasn't started since. I didn't hear my fuel pump when turning over so I just got done replacing it, she started but then died shortly after. Everything has dried out now and i dont know where to start next.

no i haven't and am not sure where to start, the dang fuse diagram is confusing cuz there are only pictures and no labels. I'm thinking from the bit of research i have done that i probably need to replace my Cam Angle Sensor (CAS). I think its my CAS cuz i have switched some of my relays with ones i know that work, and still having the same problem. But i can hear my fuel pump run when i try to start. There have even been a few times where she will start and die in about 3-10 seconds.

looks like it should be a 4 pin relay and just try to jump 30 and 87 to bypass the relay

Checked fuel supply, getting fuel to engine. I have replaced the fuel pump and the fuel filter. I have checked all fuses and the voltage going into my CAS. I have the proper voltage on both the signal wire and the power wire. I am not throwing any codes using an OBDII scanner. Any ideas?
