Hey guys,my evo 9 is in the body shop for a body make over.it was parked for aprox a year.I decided to change thetiming belt for a kevlar belt and also remove the balance shafts. I replaced them with the ams race balance shaft kit.I drove the car to the body shop and it ran perfect.they pull it in and out of the shop daily.except yesterday.they pulled it out not problems went to start it to pull it in and it wont start.it cranks and fires once and awhile but wont start.I've checked all the fuses and they all are goood.any ideas?

 

Welll I didnt have, y tools but I smell gas if I crank long enough so its gotta b gettn fuel and air shudnt be an issuue.idk wat wud cause an iignition issue in that short of a time.cud the t belt have jumped a tooth?
