Well I had some free time and decided to take a look at my cabin air filter, and wow... it had some crap in there. Like 3 bees a few lady bugs and one nice sized spider among other stuff. So I cleaned it out as much as I could and plan on getting a new one soon.

 

When i bought my 03 evo a few months ago, the 1st thing I bought was the cabin filter. i do alot of country driving.

 

Its strange, I read a lot about people finding everything but the kitchen sink. All I get is alil dirt in all my cars

 

I didn't think I would find anything, I just figured why not. I was wrong

 

Where is it located? Might have to check this out.

wow good tip, mine was kinda nasty as well...found a nice yellow jacket

 

im going to pull mine out tomorrow and see what comes out. on the side note i opened up my stock air filter (god knows how long ago it was opened) and i find a big bundle of crap that looked like a huge rat.
