Lost Vacuum Hose

So, I uploaded the picture to identify the hose that is confusing me. The circled end is just kindof hanging in the breeze, and I cant figure out where the hell its supposed to hook up.

Anyone know where this goes? Am I just completely blind? At this point more time has been spent on this hose than on my cams.

The follow the fuel regulator line all the way down and you will see a nipple or whatever you call it by it.

Without seeing a pic of your car, I would say it is the evap hose from the carbon tank in the rear. Just check the steel line close to the brake booster to see if the line is connected. But this should have caused a engine light.
