Question ECU codes and unknown PO037

Ok ive googled my heart out and cant find out what the hell this ecu code is.. "PO037" Im just finaly getting around to trying tune out these codes

PO401: EGR Flow Insufficient Detected
P0138: Heated Oxygen Sensor Circuit High Voltage [SEMSOR
PO037: ???

I have the O2 mod from tephra but doesnt seem to be working.. any tidbits on how to fix these tuning wise will also would greatly reduce my trial and error time lol..

I believe that EGR code is a hose unplugged on the back of the manifold. Just had the issue a couple weeks ago
