Question,

I was wondering if I would blip any codes running a AMS Test Pipe?

I recently installed a TP & did not throw a code. My tuner noted that maybe the E85 had something to do w/ it

He did suggest the anti fouler spacers to correct if needed

I have a test pipe laying around that wont throw a code. My turbo cam with DP that eliminated cat and I am running stand alone so that code does not apply to me. PM me if you would like more info or interested in it. I would let it go cheap as its just been sitting around. Basically it takes the o2 sensor out of the exhaust flow. o2 sensor in direct exhaust flow is what causes the CEL.

However if you plan to run AMS exhaust I believe they run the 3 bolt flanges, so you would need to change the flanges on it as it has two bolt flanges.

 

buy two spark plug non foulers, connect them together and bolt them between your rear 02 and your exhaust. and itll all be fine

 

i have an ams test pipe for sale, i run the resonated test pipe and bought it as an extra since i didnt know how quiet the resonated pipe was going to be. i removed the rear o2 so it doesnt throw a code anyway. let me know if youre interested as the code can be disabled through tuning with ecuflash
