as the title states has anyone attempted to tint their own aftermarket gauges? I have a set of cheap gauges im fixing to sell back to a friend that are tinted. When the cars off u cannot see what the gauge is. I was wondering if anyone has because in daylight the cheap gauges are hard to see and thought I could maybe buy window tint like maybe 30 percent and tint my new autometer cobalt series gauges to keep the stealthy look. And maybe even tinting the speedo plastic so everything is hidden when the car is off.
