I hope im not a repeat poster here. Just got my Greddy evo2 for my 06 gsr. As all of you know it tapers down to 2.75inch by the cat, Just wondering what test pipe or high flow cat works the best there and will line up without having it go from 3inch to 2.75 back to 3.

I live in the Great state of crappy ny and not sure if i want the test pipe or high flow.
also if any one in new york runs external wastegate, do you get harassed alot by the cops...

No one is running the evo2 ?

 

what are you running in place of the test pipe as of right now? if its stock cat then check out the ebay test pipes, its not worth it to spend extra on it.

 

i will tell you the test pipe i have in the garge. and the evo 2 should bolt up to most 3 in test or cats

 

Tried it with Perrin HFC 3" and Megan DP 3", no issues.

 

Wouldnt tue exhaust run into block If I went from a three inch pipe tO a 2.75 inch piPe flange?

 

think it has a 3 inc flang. on the end.

 

My suggestion is to have the greddy small flange cut off and a bigger flange welded on. If you have problems with cops, run a hfc just to calm it down some.

For gauges, I would go with Boost, WB, Oil Press
