I háve 3000ks in my foglightx and 6000ks in mt hi beams. No issues I get flashed running my low beams more then my other lights.

So I drive around on fog lights the majority of the time.

I have them. No problem installing them or having them work properly. Only thing that kind of bothers me is the fog lights make the road very bright the first maybe 3ft in front of you and kind of makes the normal hid low beams seem dim.

I was actually thinking about picking up one of the H11 3000K slim ballast kits from eBay. They are manufactured from a company called Xentec. Anybody have these that can give some insight on their quality?

Thats where I got mine from. I had a problem with them when I first installed them the lights were flickering. Not strobing. I only noticed it when I came to a stop and stared at the light on the ground. I emailed them and with no questions asked they sent me 2 new ballast.

Which eBay buyer did you get them from? There were a few and I'm not sure who to go with but you sellers seems to have good customer service at least

Not sure what company makes them exactly, but I bought my set off of eBay. I buy all of my HID bulbs from eBay so I figured why not.

I got the yellow H11 conversion kit, very simple to install.

I bought from xenon depot. Based in Quebec, Canada. I've been buying from them for years. Quality is top notch. Used them in everything from my motorcycles to my dad's truck
