Check the timing belt and if it's not never change,for safety it's time to change it(5 years old)

$250!! That's a steal, but I'm thinking not all of it was done. Waterpump, balance belt and all pullies replaced with tensioner.

250 to me sounds like a t-belt swap only.

That's only 2-3 hours labor time, and that's at a dealer.
