Does anyone know where I can buy an a pillar triple gauge holder for a RHD? I can only find a double, which is here in Australia... But its way too expensive.

Any help is appreciated

 

i was wondering this the other day driving home. i dont own a right hand drive but was wondering how hard it would be to swap everything and convert it and that was my only concern cuz i got to thinking "ya know ive never seen a right hand side pillar pod so id have to ditch mine" lol. sorry i couldnt be of any help just thought it was funny i was just thinking this the other day.

you might could try horsepowerfreaks.com give them a call and talk to kirk or braandon. usually if they dont have something they have no problem finding it and getting you to where you need.

 

Honestly, you guys have the best stuff in the states. With the cars coming from Japan, I would have though there would be heaps of interior parts for RHDs. The problem with horsepowerfreaks is they are a US company. They wouldn't be able to help me out! Thanks anyway though

 

These products are definitiely available. You just may need to know how to read and search in japanese?

Why not try ATIs steering column mount? I went from pillar pods to that and would never look back!

 

The main reason for wanting pillar pods is they are out the way. Ive seen the column mounts and they obstruct the view of the cluster too much for my liking. I just prefer the pillar pods. Time to look on japanese eBay!

I was looking at a cluster surround that caters for 2x 52mm gauges, which are out of the way of the the other gauges (speedo, rpm etc) which I was going to use for oil temp and oil pressure.

In the 3 pods on the a pillar, I will have boost, air/fuel ratio and the last one is subjective but possibly water temp.

I love gauges...
