this all started when i repaired a cracked clutch hard line that sprayed brake fluid all over the place. i finished that and went for a drive and as i got on the throttle, i felt the missfire then the ses light came on (code 301). it has gotten progressively worse since it started I erased the code, changed plugs, swapped coils to see if the miss would follow the coi. still miss on cyl 1. maybe the injector is bad or clogged. what do you guys think i should do?

 

Do a compression test.

 

Check the harness any connectors, maybe shorted with the brake cleaner.

 

i bet 2 dollard it is your injector.
