Talking evo playing in the snow! (vids)

This might be show&shine material, so if it needs to be moved my apologies!

Friend of mine and I hit up my local donut parking lot just around the corner from where I work. We had about 2" of packed snow under a good 6-7" of fresh powder, so needless to say it was perfect! Peep out my mad dorifto skillz yo.

You will need the Divx 5.1+ codec installed on your machine. If you can't see the video, you likely don't have it installed. You want to download the STANDARD DivX Codec only, no divx pro!! Check here:
http://www.divx.com/divx/ (mac & linux versions available)

PLEASE for the love of god, RIGHT CLICK and SAVE AS on these links if you actually want to see them!

Sweet vids dude. I personally love the fluttering sound that your d/v makes. I hope forge doesn't change the design because i like that sound

Yeah I tell you, I'm not sure if the valve has broken in or something (or just needs to be greased heh) but the fluttering has become more mellow. Notice on the exterior vid, a few times I drove right by the camera and it made a solid "WHOOSH!" sound. That's at max boost. At anything less than max (i.e. > say, 3800rpm) the thing is going to flutter a little.

The only thing I wish I could fix is the slight surge you get when you slowly release the throttle from a partial position at highway speeds in 4th & 5th gears. I've learned to deal with it, you just have to go extremely slow w/ the release or let off completely and get back on it to maintain your speed.

Thanks for the compliments, it was fun as hell making them! More to come I'm sure... winter's not over here for another 3-4 months.

I swear I gained 30hp!! The thing feels like a rocket ship in 3rd from 3500 onward. Gotta figure DRY *** COLD air vs. 80% humidity 90+ degree temps is going to make a huge difference.

Can't wait til I get my xede so I can tune for the season.
