So when I start my car I usually get a fairly strong smell of fuel/exhaust in the cabin. I always turn the recycle fan on and let my car idle 2-3 minutes before i set off and after that when driving or if Im idiling it's fine no smell. The car does have a test pipe, which I thought might be the problem...

It has other basic mods- mbc, uicp, walbro 255, intake- and it's been tuned with all these things on. Also, since I just bought it, I've only driven it in cold weather. I can't say If it's like this when it's warmer...

So is it just my evo that stinks or is this a normal for evos? I'm new to evos and I'm quickly realizing they are very unlike other cars on the road... And i love it

i get that smell too. I usually smell it more on colder days.
