I'm just wondering if this is normal.
I see boost around 3200rpm. Is this late? My mods are as follows.

Stage 3 Head
GSC S1 cams
Jacks stage 3 Trans (Evo9 1st)
Shepard transfer case
255 fuel pump
FIC 1250's
FIC fuel rail
EcuFlash
ACT HD
Perrin Exhaust
Perrin Filter
Greddy BOV
Stock Turbo lightly ported & polished stock wheel & shaft
Injen upper IC and intercooler pipe
running E85

It really depends on what gear you're in... a 2.3 stroker would probably see boost faster than the stock 2.0

For a 2.3l and all that work plus a stock turbo, that is way too late to be hitting boost. I assume you mean hitting full boost? I would start by redoing the tune.
