rear bumper removal

how hard is it to remove the rear evo 8 bumper. i have a new one that looks a lot nicer than the original and i was thinking of putting it on. how many screws, fastners, etc will it take and about how long?

Definitely search around on here to find the steps but it doesn't take that long to do at all. Couple hours tops if you do everything carefully.
