Turbo kit + stock block would do it no problem. I wouldn't recommend running that setup for a prolonged period of time. Rod bolts and head studs would be great upgrade if you did plan on running it for a while.

Good luck man! What kind of budget are you working with?

On a IX, stock turbo, stock cams, E85, and full supporting bolt-ons. Slicks will be necessary for 10s, but 1.6-7 60' times should bury you in the low 11s on street tires if you're a skilled driver.

10.80 really isnt that difficult these days lol. best advice i can give you to get there is to lighten the car up! when you get some free time do a lil search on weight reduction for the car. you'll be suprised how light you can go! good luck on your goals bro!

Really its all about how you want to go about it. if you have 10k to spend put a 2.3l in there a red or black and you should have it. then take out weight and you will go faster as well
