Idle problems are a pita for sure man. I ended up buying an iac from a guy and it wasn't even what the issue was so I have a spare if that turns out to be the issue I could let go cheap but hopefully the seals cure it for you!

Yeah, the issue happened not to long after the egr delete. I've re applied 2 different types of gasket sealant, & used a brand new metal oem gasket. No matter what the car still reacts the same so I'm sure the egr plate is holding.

I'll go ahead & order it anyways like i said car is almost @ 100k im sure it needs to be changed anyways.

Changed the seals, still leaking from somewhere on the TB, what did you guys use to lube up the throttle body shaft? this thing is sticking hardcore. lithium grease didn't work.....
