Need help if anyone has advice!

Hey all, I have an 04 evo 8 and two days ago my A/F started reading 10.0 and a couple of times would give me the three dashes with no numbers. At idle my vaccum would read 10 instead of 20 like normal and when I would start to drive my car would sputter and hesitate, so I changed the plugs yesterday but no luck, still going the same thing. I have two videos I will post for better understanding. If anyone has any advice to give or anything please let me know! Thanks.

When you changed the plugs how did they look ? when it reads 10.0 on the AFR gauge is that at idle ? Looks to me your running filthy rich.

Mods are listed on my signature, it runs 10.0 driving and idle and sometimes my gauge won't even give me a reading. Here is what they looked like.

The spark plugs look normal, no check engine light ? And are you still on MAF ? Do a compression test, fuel pressure test, check for any unplugged hoses and a boost leak test.

If you lost half of your vacuum you could have a boost leak.

Took it to the shop today, and after running over a damn chunk of tire on the freeway which ripped off my lower lip to my bumper, it also smashed my intercooler into my tow bar. At 22psi it had 100% boost leak.
