TiAL 50mm bov causing my idle issues?

So I've been battling with this, rich idle & wot dropping in low 10s at times. Today I started hearing a loud whistle which was coming from my tial 50mm bov. I noticed when the car is idling I can see the oring on the valve & I think its possibly leaving? Wot pull started sounding like bov flutter so should I change the spring to a 11 or 12? My vacuum is normally around 18 or 19. But no matter what I change in the tune its rich . Anyone experience this with the 10 psi spring?

Not at this time, tuned through maf.
I reconnected my egr & put the stock hex back on the ecu. Still rich! I swapped this hks ssqv which was holding good idle, 14.7, 11.3 @ wot, swapped piping to ETS upper w/ TiAL 50mm 10psi spring & egr delete the same day then this arises. So the only thing that changes any AFR is Maf Compensation table.....
