Failed inspection FTL

So, I just tried to get my new to me evoIX inspected here in TX, and failed due to "sensors not ready"... guess that means its tuned to kill the activation of the sensors to not throw codes? Its got a 3.5" APS turbo back and no cat and no CEL, so thats my best guess...
Anyone have recomendations here, the last evo I had was one the Xede (if that tells ya how long Ive been away) and had a daughterboard to bypass the code...
So, do I need a new cb/tp or could say a local tuner be able to get this working as is?

Thanks all

Did you disconnect the battery recently before the test? Or did the battery die?

Look around find a place that appreciates cars and they might pass you. I have so many things on my car that will not pass inspection but there is this local place and the workers there flip sit when I go in because they love eves so they told me they will pass me even though I have all these illegal things lmao.

yeah you can always find a shop willing to look the other way if you know what I mean. Hell even my brother could get his 650hp Z06 to pass and it was far from legal

Thank God no smog testing in MN haha. I lived in TX for a bit, but luckily didn't have to register my car there because I was a student.

Ya, the battery did just go **** up, so that was replaced a week ago. I have no cat and no codes whatsoever, though. No cel fix in the o2 or anything. Meh, im just going to get it tuned and be 100% on that, just to be safe. I have a e85 station close by so a dual mapped setup is what im shooting for. It have unknown injectors on it, so im hoping the previous owner went pretty high on them.
Will post back on what she makes -sense heres to hoping for 380+

I simply used the forced inspection patch with the tephra mods to make things forced ready.
