Letting EVO sit with gas in tank
Definitely fill up. Otherwise, you might get condensation in the gas and rusting in the tank. I've heard that the blue Stabil, made for marine, is better as they add more ethanol to gas. I've used Seafoam too, but it's hard to tell whether there's any difference.
I also wouldn't just start it up for a few minutes, cause it's pointless. You won't burn enough gas to go through a tank and replace it with fresh gas, and running it for a short period won't give the engine time to burn off all the moisture in the oil, etc. If you're gonna start it up, drive it around so that it gets up to normal temperature.

Haha, I always use v-power in my small engines... It's certainly worth it, considering the little amount I have to use.
Back on topic, I prefer using seafoam instead of stabil. I had stabil gum/gel up once in a different vehicle (correct mixture and everything) - Michigan winter. I always make sure to drive the car around for a couple days, staying out of boost, until I fill back up... I have had great success with seafoam.
