Help/Advice: Old E85 and Low Battery Voltage Situation

Hey everyone, I'm looking for some advice prior to tomorrow morning...

Long story short, my car was almost stolen in January and rather than having it possibly happen again and since I have another car I took my Evo to a friends house where it has been sitting ever since.

My question is that since I run E85, and if I remember correctly I have about a half tank in the car, what should I do or not do?

Also the mini battery I had took a dump so I threw in an OEM replacement that had slightly lower than optimal voltage at the time and might be lower since I didnt just disconnect it when I parked it and it might be lower than optimal ie: 14.x volts...

So what should I also look out for with this? The tech at AWD in Jan told me to stay out of boost, I don't know if it he said that because of the fuel since prior to bringing it to them in Jan it also sat for a while outside or the battery not being at full optimal voltage or both.

Bottom line, I need to know what I need/should do and if I need to stay out of boost when I pick it up tomorrow morning to move it to an indoor storage building.

I dont plan on driving it daily anytime soon so driving it enough to get the battery back up to par most likely will not happen prior to me dropping the car off again, however when I do drop it off I plan to put a trickle charger on it that I have.

Thanks ahead of time!

I would top it off with fresh corn..jump start her or charge battery. Also when you go to store it again put in gasoline if you can...and buy a Battery Tender...GL!

Oh an dont boost for awhile until the fuel is freshed up.
If you want to be sure of not having water in the fuel go get some Heet for ethanol vehicles.

Pretty much thinking the same exact thing as you but minus putting in fresh corn since I am going to literally be putting it back in storage but indoors this time the same day and would rather not have a full tank of old fuel when I go to get it again.... I know what you mean though about getting some fresh stuff in there along with the old just to be safe....

If you have dual maps then filler up with gas....if not just dump some fuel stabilizer in her and crusie around...i highly recommend the battery tender....my evo sat for months over winter with one on the battery and fired right up....oh yeah i had this mini battery for 3 years an works like new still.
