Question im curious if anybody knows..

i was just wondering if anybody would know the average price that a stealership buys an evo for..... Thanks

i would be willing to bet they only pay about 22k.... just a guess though...

nope, Dealers pay around $26k for the evo.......so they make about 2-3k on each deal

I think your a little off at that $26K figure bro.
I believe invoice is around $28,000 something..

the dealer I bought the car from showed me their invoice sheet, the bearbone evo VIII (no roof, small wing) is mid $26k, and invoice price goes up according to options.....

Invoice, with mandatory destination and advertising fee included, is $27,724.xx on a base Evo. If it's sold the day it comes off the delivery truck there is $1158 in holdback and flooring available. Subtract $12.88 from that for every day it has been on the lot. Add in a fair profit and there you are.

p.s. When thinking fair profit think in the 1.5-2% range at least.

Okay, last time I'm going to say this since there is no BRAIN SURGERY here...

Pay anywhere in the $28,000 range for your EVO and you did a great job..

Now go enjoy your car and stop quibbling about a few hundred dollars here and there..
