Wrecked my baby
If it was me, I would need to be restrained from hurting the guy that hit you. Thats what I always worried about in the winter is the other idiots. Real sorry to hear it happened... If its not a bad deal, buy it back and part her out. Im sure people on here would drool over some lightly used parts off it!
If there is no structural damage, even if the insurance totals it see if you can get it in cash and keep the car. That way you can work on it and get it back to the way it looks before the crash!
Very sad to see a EB VIII in that shape
I would've paid an assault and battery charge to clock the guy across the face for doing that to my baby.

be careful. i know alot of insurance companys around here use NADA. and they always seem to be alot lower on pricing. this is what my service writer at the body shop i work at told me to do when i wrecked my wrx. search all 3 major major companys nada kbb and i cant remember the other one. take those and divide by the 3 and thats the average u should see. also look up evos in your area or as close to u as u can and print those as evidence to the actual price they are going for and if they total it and low ball the hell outa u use those figures to get the value back up. they really low balled me on my wrx when they first told me it was totaled and i did that plus all the paper work of all the work that had been done to the car and got it up to 10k before i settled. they only wanted to give me 8k for it. i figured 10k was good on an 03 with 107k miles. so use those tricks if they wanna give u grief about it. might work out in your benefit.
My credit union uses NADA and I laughed in their face when they told me my car was worth under 14k when I refinanced.
It's totaled for sure though, you need to realize that the frame rail that the mangled core support bolts up to is going to need some major straightening. As expensive as parts for these cars are, any major amounts of labor are going to push the bill right through the roof.
Sorry to see though. Good luck with insurance.
