my center diff is shot, for some reason the shaft that goes thru it and to the CV joint spun hard into the center diff in the trans. i Picked up a Quaife QDH13B, As stated everywhere it says it should fit my ix, but after reciveing it i dont think it will, it looks way to big and the bolt pattern is a 14 bolt not 10 WTF!!!
Are the Center diffs, different in the 5 speeds then the 6?? why seriously...and why the hell make a Quaife Awesome Center diff for the damn 6 speed and not the 5? who runs the 6 speed? i cant find anything on this, and i really need a new center diff and would rather not go OEM, Cause of the price and i dont Trust ANY OF THESE these mitsu Drive line parts.
SO anyone change out there change center diffs on a 5 speed here???
hopefully someone can shed some light eh?

From what im seeing, from the break down the QDH11B is meant for the evo 5,6,7 but SURE LOOKS LIKE IT FITS THE DAMN 5 SPEED FOR A EVO IX.... SO WHY did they describe this as fitting the EVO IX?? wtf.... im sure someone out there has upgraded there center diff, they have to of these stock ones dont look to great.. the output shaft looks weak compared to the Quaife

So to make it clear for people, the 5 speed has a 10 bolt pattern gear and the 6 speed has a 14 bolt pattern...
This item WILL NOT WORK FOR 5 SPEEDS......
