Cold weather car smoking even after warm
Cold weather car smoking even after warm
I've noticed that even after a half hour drive when i'm pulling into the garage that the car kinda has white smoke when i'm backing up, less than say from a cold start but shouldn't there be no visible smoke at all after a half hour drive? My coolant over flow still looks nice and green as does the rad cap.... Oil looks fine not milky. Any ideas?
It's been what 20-30 degrees over here past few weeks? What I notice is that when it rains out my catless exhaust will belch a lot of steam out. When its dry like it has been past few weeks I barely see anything. Maybe a little steam only because it's cold out (like when you can see your breath). If your car is huffing white smoke out from burning coolant you would know it. Do you have catless exhaust? Your more than likely fine

There is still moisture in the air and fuel... You notice it more when it's cold, like how you can see your breath when it's cold... I believe that's a correct analogy.
