Fuel Pressure Solenoid. Your FPR goes to the back side of that. Then that nipple goes from there to your intake manifold. Looks like someone just deleted the solenoid and isn't going thru it. Meaning someone did something in ecuflash to make it work right. If car runs good then everything is ok. Im thinking of removing mine also.

Fuel pressure solenoid I believe. Emissions equipment generally not needed for performance.

Damn started this post and got distracted by the race haha

The fuel pressure solenoid isn't emission equipment. It is there to help start a hot engine in very hot weather. A good example would be, with the solenoid disconnected, that you find you have to crank the engine longer that normal after visiting an interstate rest stop. Manufacturers are sensitive to things like this because car owners are, with the present computerized engine controls, used to the engine starting perfectly all of the time.
