Alright this might be a dumb question, but bear with me. I just got the Boomba 75mm TB and I'm trying to get the car to idle correctly. I need to adjust the base idle speed by using the throttle plate stop set screw. My only problem is idk where that is and after searching for a long time I'm forced to ask the question. Where is the throttle plate stop set screw?

 

that little black hex screw, it the one that the throtle cable pulley rests on
