I just installed my 3" cat back with the cat delete pipe. So far no check engine lights. However, you must cut the O2 sensor's wires and add about 5" of extra wire so that the 02 sensor reaches the cat delete pipe.

As you can see, it's a straight shot out the exhaust.

Please read the bottom of the piece of paper that came with your test pipe and then remove the picture of it, or replace it with one form a different angle.
