Even to make 586whp on only 23psi, that dyno has to read higher then whitney houston in her prime. That turbo isnt even awake at 23psi

Um...not true. My friends car just put down 590whp in 100 degree ambient temp on a 2.3 w/ a 3586 on ethanol @ 25psi on MAP's dynojet (704whp/590wtq @ 36psi). Thats definitely in the realm of possibility in better weather. Hell my ROAD RACING (low timing) PUMP GAS tune puts down over 560whp on a 6266 @ 25psi. With a ***** out tune 586whp is definitely possible at 23psi with that motor/turbo set up. Not a tune I would go road racing with though.

Well most racing organizations (NASA/SCCA etc) use dynojets as the standard and add on modifiers for mustangs/dynapaks etc. when all wheel drive is concerned. The vast majority of dyno sheets posted in the dyno section are on dynojets as well. So I would assume its a dynojet unless otherwise specified.

**although being that you are Buschur powered I can see why you see mustang as the norm**

dynojets are pretty much the standerd or were for awhile ive been seeing a ton of shops get mustang dynos as of the last year or two dynojets have always out number mustang dynos two to one so you cant really include them as a high reading dyno ams awd motorsports ivey tune are just a few of the shops that have dynojets

and 586whp with his setup is very possible at 23lbs sounds like he has a very efficient setup 12.5.1 is not the norm also other things come into play cams headwork fuel ect it takes me 28lbs to make what he does on a dynojet btw 10.1 2.3.

Thats not as common on this site so thats why your post was met with skepticism.

Unless you are trying to spin the motor past 9k a 2.4 LR would be better in every way then a 2.0 in any venue.

Hell I think ER spins their 2.4 builds to 9k or beyond
