All of the OEM JDM Evo IX rear bumpers come unpainted from Mitsubishi now.
The wait on these bumpers is also rather sporadic - sometimes it's a "mere" 2 months and sometimes over 6 months.

We had a couple in stock, but they flew out of our showroom floor the same day they came in.

^ what he said. I spoke to Driveline again today, they said that their container hits the states on the 30th then has to get through customs and then ship out to whomever ordered one.
