Unhappy *HELP* unusual full boost stutter

-This is my first post on here and it is a problem on my car -

When I hit full boost the car stutters for a few pulls, then later will hold boost perfectly.
It sounds like it is coming from my BOV, which is a evo 9 unit recirculating. I am only boosting at 20-21 psi, I believe those are good for 24-28 psi? If I turn the boost down to 17 or lower the stutter is still there.

What is throwing me and the rest of my friends/dad off is the fact it is happening for a short period of time, then goes away. As well as the fact if the car sits for a while 6-10 hours) it will come back.

I had a code pop on me twice for P0122, low input on the throttle position sensor. I checked and was reading (.48), it is supposed to read (.69). IS THIS MY PROBLEM? or is this code popping due to something else? I removed the sensor and actually checked the male plug. I didnt use the needle technique to get a reading from the plug while it is on the car.

The car was buschur tuned by the previous owner, has low miles, full bolt ons, walbro 255 installed, hallman MBC.

no boost leaks, spark plugs are clean, zero oil in intercooler, MAF is clean.

I would love some help right now, Ive searched through the forums and didnt read anything on boost stutter happening for a few pulls, everyone else that has this problem is re-ocurring.

I dont believe "engine breakup" describes this. It happens in any gear, as long as the car nears full boost it will "stutter" at full boost.

LOL, That's cool!!

make sure the plugs are the correct type and gap, even if they are clean. Plugs gapped too wide will cause a stutter under WOT.

Just so everyone knows, my spark plug had developed some corrosion on it. I cleaned them and the problem has not reoccurred.
