boosting issues any ideas?

Ok a little insight on my problems, recently been tuning my car on e85 , its stock turbo with most bolts like cams, front mount etc. Any way had it running pretty well for a week minus some minor idle issues, Well I had a cheap hardpipe for the intake laying around and I put it in to try it out, needless to say it sucked and I put my factory rubber intake pipe back in. So now the idle issues where terrible so i did some boost leak tests and found the typical leaks and fixed them, so now its good up to 25 psi. I replaced my front 02 and a couple of small exhaust leaks i had so now everything seems to be great. Well my idle is pretty good now and off boost driving seems good as well but my spool is crap. Im running a synapse dv in the pull mode, but dont think its that cause it was working just fine before, and i adjust the preload on the actuator arm 2 turns and that didnt help either. Boost is controlled via ecu with grimmspeed ebc and using an omni 4 bar map sensor as well. Do you think maybe one of these sensors could of went bad? Im not sure how i can test them? Im good with the mechanical stuff but sensors and the tuning aspect kind of throws me off at times. I can do logs and all that, is there something out of the ordinary I should look at in my logs that could lead me in the right direction?
It just seems weird that everything is fine except boosting. It doesnt miss or backfire under boost or buck it just isnt pulling. Its like it spools fast just isnt loading the car
Any ideas or thoughts would be great thanks

And another thing is that when I try and floor it at 2500 or so rpms it bogs down and seems like its loading up. Plugs are new and gapped at 22-24 but part throttle no boost acceleration is fine

Better now? Just about to post up your dyno thread.

You could have an exhaust leak. The best way I've found these is with Sea Foam. Just suck some up via a vaccum line connected to the intake manifold. It'll start smoking out the exhaust and exhaust leak if there is any.

Your turbo boosts up nicely then dies off quickly. That could also be due to being over 6K feet.

it was just that map switching issue is all but yeah im sure the altitude is the contributing factor to the boost falling off up top the car has no leaks (boost or exhaust) and the wastegate has been adjusted an additional 2 turns or so
