Has anyone experimented with installing large fog lights on the Evo IX bumper. I ran across this picture and I really like how it looks. Is this too much? My Evo IX has the RS style lights without integrated Fogs. Because of the high price to switch headlight assemblies I am looking into other option.

I believe that is a completely custom job from a member here. if anything, it's probably going to be cheaper to just buy the HID headlight housings

Has anyone had any luck mounting fog lights over the oval openings on the IX bumper? It seems like a reasonable place to run a wire harness.

I was looking for threads to anyone who has fitted fog lights in the OEM Evo 9 front bumper cover.

I had some dinky little auto zone ones before but was wondering if maybe the 2g eclipse FL housings would fit? I know the intercooler piping is in the way, as well as the hole itself being small... wanted something a little more solid and bright.

Those holes are there to cool your end tanks. In all honesty I wouldn't want to do any sort of cutting or modifying to an IX bumper to fit fog lights. Its going to look dated. If you must you can find ones to put where those "holes" are, but I can't see it looking that good. Of course this is just my opinion.
