Friend installed Cluster overlay now Speedometer is off

My friend has an Evo IX and installed an overlay on his cluster, now the MPH reads about 20 MPH Under. If were going 40 it says 20. I checked his speed sensor and its reading fine, (Plugged into evoscan and ran a log). What can be causing the problem? I checked all the wiring everything seems fine.. Any ideas?

had this same problem, once you remove the dial its hard to get it exactly where it was. Ill never remove mine again because of this issue. Drove me nuts.

They claim they did not remove it, maybe they shifted it on accident? How do you fix it?
