Shifter vibration @2k-3k rpms every gear
Shifter vibration @2k-3k rpms every gear
does anyone know what could be the issue? I've had this issue for about 3months now and can't seem to figure out exactly what is causing this. Ive searched on google and here and can't confirm exactly whats wrong. i can feel it right on the shifter on every gear between 2k-3k rpm especially when i try to gas it but after 3k it goes away completely?
Ive had a few people check it out and some said its my drive shaft others my cv axles?
Another experienced member here told me it might be my clutch/flywheel or my transfer case.
my mounts seem to be fine (from a glance i have not taken them off)
also i checked under the car and my driveshaft has been hitting my O2 sensor and broke it.
any ideas? thanks ahead
btw if there is a thread where this was already answered please link it

If its moving enough to break your 02 sensor than thats more than enough to feel it in the car. Try some driveshaft carrier support bushings. Even without this problem you should get them. Stops a lot of drivetrain movement.
Thanks for the imput so maybe it the carrier support bearings? I think i will start there then
Would the torque solution ones be good?
