'96 Evo IV - First owner in Canada.

Hey everyone, just wanted to introduce myself and ask a quick question. My name is Jeff, I recently just purchased my very first jdm car, a beautiful evo iv. I was just wondering if anyone here had any suggestions of where I can find some damn parts haha. I need to replace all the accessory belts and whatnot, any usdm cars have the belts I need?

Any info pertaining to this jdm evo would be greatly appreciated. I've looked through a lot of forums and all the info I've found is so inconsistent and scattered...not sure how reliable it is.

First mod should be an Evo 8 ECU

Timing belt is the same

I think the AC.PS.ALT are the same too

Watch out for crank walk with the Evo 4....*some say its the weakest evo engine from 1 to x*

Im in New Zealand, and alot of people in the states and so on order from NZ, if you dont mind shipping its the easiest and safest way, http://www.evoparts.co.nz/. there are alot more they deal alot in second hand parts aswell.

I own a evo 4, and watch out for crankshaft walk happened to me, i am now running a 5 bottom end forged and stroked to 2.3. so be prepared to fork out money lol.

I have a bunch of parts, ended up with a IV longblock as a parts motor for my old VIII. I posted in your other thread, but feel free to shoot me a PM if there's more that you're looking for.
