Evo stalls with ac or defrosters on at idle!

Hey guys tried searching but no luck. My car stalls when either the ac is on or the defrosters for the windshield are on. Does anyone have any ideas?
Mods-
Ets intake with maf
Ets licp
Hallman mbc
Straight pipe exhaust
Aem fuel rail
No tune yet bc I'm waiting on my uicp pipe, fmic, and fuel pump.

I'm going to go with no tune being the issue.

Running an intake without a tune could definitely lead to an issue like that.

Check all your vacuum hoses and do a boost leak test. Pay special attention to the hoses beneath the throttle body. They have a habit of popping off.

There are load compensations in the ecu that would offset the idle speed/trq to over come the additional external loads. Check with your tuner.

*First perform the suggested leak tests...etc just to be sure!
