BB is usually better and less prone to failures due to oil hiccups. However a lot of members on the forum seem to have had issues during idle with oil accumulating on the compressor side that leaks from the gas piston seal. The seal is so sensitive that it only takes 0.5psi of crank case pressure to open it. I'm starting to think that FP needs to make a new oil drain to go with the BB Black or to make the restrictor line a bit smaller for the oil feed. Pressure is still building up in there and causing oil to come out. I have a Saiko Michi -10 catch can setup on the intake manifold side and the intake side as two separate cans. There should be no crank case pressure, nor should there be oil coming from my compressor housing on this expensive of a turbo.

thats what im scared of lol. my cars been sitting and im finally getting around to doing an overhaul. New rotors/pads/coilovers/wheels etc etc etc. Im planning around november to start with some more engine modding. first on list is a new clutch. then im going injectors, switching to speed density, and some other things then i plan on getting Sheepey Built to make me a turbo kit, im REALLY leaning toward a forward facing setup. I want everything to go smoothly. My evo is the first turbo car ive ever had and i want everything to be perfect as i would hate to buy an expenssive turbo setup and have my motor blow or something catastrophic.
