Question JDM IX Rear Bumper Question

I know this a weird and random question but i will be ordering a jdm rear bumper on monday and was wondering what some of you do with the diffuser part? keep it the color the bumper comes unpainted or paint that section black? im sure some people do it differently but i thought i would ask around.

Yes you will need to get it painted as all JDM rear bumpers come unpainted now.

I recently got my JDM bumper painted. I went with a different color than the grey. Went more black. But if you buy the rear tow hook cover for bumper, it comes painted from the factory. So your painter can use it to match the diffuser paint.

And you definitely want it painted since it just has primer from the factory is isn't glossy/nice looking.

Exactly. I had my painter color match the tow hook cover so I could have the diffuser painted that color and its an exact match. It definitely sucks that they no longer paint them from the factory for that reason.

A little off topic, but where is a good supplier to get a JDM bumper from?
