Unhappy Afr drop after shifting normal driving

Hey guys this is the second day that I had this issue. When I start from a dead stop I get a rich reading up to 10 afr and when I shift into the next gear the afr it leans out to 18 and stays for about 2 seconds then goes back to 14.7. The car is in stock closed and open loop and I have tephramod v7 installed. V7 has been installed for 2 years so I am sure that isn't the problem. It could have been after some hard driving but I've auto crossed prior to with the same tune and nothing happened like it is right now. It's not a wideband issue since I can feel the hesitation when it is lean ans then feel the normal power when it gets back to stoichmetric afr. Anyone else have this issue? I also had a p0442 code and I found out the fuel cap gasket was not sealing correctly. I've erased the coded and re checked to see if it came back thinking that it caused this issue. It was very similar when I had the code. Thanks in advanced for your feedback

I'll do that tomorrow. Do you think that could be the problem? I changed them about 25-30k miles ago
