Make sure that on your deposit slip you get them to commit to MSRP pricing with NO add-ons. If they are not willing to do this, or are not willing to even say to you that they are not planning on adding a 'market adjustment' to the pricing, walk away! You will get gouged.

uhhh....
There is no urban jungle package. I have a deposit already down on an RS, and I am looking at the Factory option Template for the '2004 Lancer Evolution RS 4-Door (5M/T) right now on my desk. The dealer sent it to me last week. I would post it but I do not have a scanner. Here is what it says:
Dual Front Air Bags, Anti-theft engine Immobilizer, front helical limited slip differential, Rear limited slip differential, front strut tower bar, rear cross tie bar, brembo 4-wheel ventilated disc brakes, front intercooler, air conditioning, custon recaro front sport seats, momo leather-wrapped steering wheel, tilt steering, tachometer, front console box, audio prep kit w/o speakers, floor mats, 17" enkei light weight alloy wheels, 235/45 R17 Yokohama advan high-grip tires, projectortype halogen headlamps, clear jewel styled taillamps, aluminum hood w/ heat vent, front aluminum fenders, side marker lamps, black sideview mirrors and exterior door handles.
Under that it says 'no options available'
Price says TBD.
To me this is great b/c the only thing that I really cared about is the A/C and it looks like that is going to be standard equipment.
