Tps

I want to take out and disconnect my throttle body to do some work on it. I'm not going to remove the TPS, but will most likely disconnect the power cable from it. Will this mess up the sensor settings? (I'm not unscrewing the TPS from the throttle body).

No, it wouldn't mess any settings up if you were to remove it.

Try not to lose the TPS clip. They are small and hard to find again.
