Hmm okay thanks guys. I've never driven an EVO before always wanted one. Had a wrx for an extremely short amount of time. And I'm looking for a car now looking for used cars or a new camaro ss or 2015 wrx. Any suggestions on where to find good evo buys?
where to buy "good" evos? keep looking, its gonna be tough. find one closer to stock condition
that is some HIGH miles on that white one, i wouldnt pay more than 8 honestly. everything is gonna be worn out.
u should get the 2015 wrx and not have to worry about anything.

What do you mean "good Evo buys"?
If you mean by "good buys" you mean "relatively inexpensive Evo that won't turn out to be a money pit from the get-go", it can be done. However, you will probably not find that car unless you really know what you are doing. And then you probably would not need to post this thread.
Even if you had that knowledge and experience, odds are you'll have to evaluate a lot of crapped out, clapped out, riced out cars owned by kids and wannabe playas before you find the proverbial unicorn. And once you find that unicorn, you'll still probably have to put some money into it.
The good cars tend to be owned by people who know what their cars are worth, and there's a reason that the cheap ones are cheap.
I am not trying to be a jerk, just you gotta know what you are getting into.

Depends how you want to rebuild, OEM parts installed by stealership will run you like 10k. Second hand motor, second hand tranny with a buddy you're done for 3k. Either way, I'd pay no more than 9.
Looks pretty clean to me, a little high on miles, but they could just be highway miles. My 99gsx had 230k miles on it before it needed a rebuild (all stock though and still on stock clutch!)
On second thought, not a fan of the aftermarket kit on it. If you intend to keep the car, pay a little more for something that's close to stock and lower miles.
