It looks pretty good to me, but most evos do on paper... I would try to figure out why they are selling it, and if it was tuned properly. When I bought mine I also had my mechanic run a compression test on the motor for peace of mind, but I don't know if they will let you borrow the car to get it looked over.

Like everyone else said it looks decent for the price. It does have a few extra mods that aren't listed so may have been a previous owner? You could always come to Ohio and pick this one up. I love the BBY but was unable to find one before I got my AS Evo. http://dayton.craigslist.org/cto/4991213338.html

I would definitely do a compression/leak down test before I bought it

I'd get it inspected and also find out who tuned it. On paper it looks fine even though it should have had the 60k (or 5 years) service done it. My car had that done around 7 years because I was always close to work and even without the miles (done at 50kish) the OEM belts were starting to show their age.....

look good and original, price is right. It looks like it's belong to one of the old timers with excellent APS bov, manual Hallman boost control, ignition amp... Blue by you color. Maybe you get lucky.

Looks pretty good. Would get the compression check done and a good overall look on the car. If it seems good, get it.

If you do a compression test, see if you can get a leakdown done too. Compression tests can sometimes hide some things a leakdown won't
