Do you want 400 crank horsepower or 400 wheel horsepower?!

That's a really nice car. If I owned it I would not mess with it and keep it stock.

intake, 3"turboback exhaust, port o2 housing, upgrade fuel pump, manual boost controller, intercooler, tune tune tune. although, not sure what the evo 4 puts down to the wheels stock but you will need cams at least with a race gas tune.

You need at least an evo9 turbocharger to make that kind of number on race gas

i agree, that should do it on race gas/e85. if on pump gas, you will need a different turbo too.

e85 is one of the simplest and easiest things you can do. If it's distant you can still figure something out with 55 gallon drums and proper storage avoiding moisture

My cousin had the IV growing up. The engine stock doesn't have the refinements of the later versions. The real question is what gas are you going to run? Pump gas across most of the Caribbean is usually much lower octane than even what the Cali folks get (why I scoff when I hear them complain sometimes).

hey, now. just because some people have worse crap doesn't mean our special, oxygen-infused 91 junk isn't crap too.
