Walbro 255 not working

Hello guys. I have a problem about fuel pump. So when i bought my evo, the fuel pump was faulty. So i replaced it with a 40$ one which was cheaper than the oem fuel pump(300$). But still the car is not going well. So i bought walbro 255 pump. Although the fuel pressure at idle is 32-33 psi with the cheap pump, it showed 22 psi with the walbro pump. I thought the problem can be related with the walbro and i sent it to be checked. It came to me yesterday and there was not any problem with that. So what can be the solution? Should i get oem a fuel pump although it is very expensive? Can the problem be related with fuel pressure regulators? I am waiting for your replies.

Why do you think it's fuel pump related? How's the idle?

What is the issue with the car that you decided it had a faulty pump? Was it making noise? Does the car go very lean when driving?

While accelerating, the car was shaking and not going well. And also black smoke was coming out. When we changed the fuel pump, it started to work normally.

black smoke is rich, so you were getting to much fuel.
Is the car running normal now, you just don't see a PSI number you want to see?

Possibly bad FPR. Def not the pump if you're getting black smoke..

After we changed the pump, all were gone. The car was working normally.

Car is running normal with the cheap pump and it shows 34-35 psi at idle although it should be higher. The problem is that when i changed the pump to walbro, the car started to work weirdly and the pressure was 22-23 psi

They always say that bs. Get an aeromotive it outflows the walbro by 40% exact same size
