Sounds like you need some fender liners? Could you just get something like this, http://www.streettunedmotorsports.co...der_liners.htm, depending on the version of your car.

Or maybe I'm missing something.

Did you buy the car used? Usually the fender liners are taken out when people lower there cars so theres no rubbing issues.

I'll bet you will have rubbing issues if you put the liners back in. If it was me I love fish oil, I use it under the batter and in the guards where there is rusting, after you spray it on it goes semi hard and seals everything and is water proof, but you can still clean it off. Or can try and put some
sort of vinyl in there to seal.

Yea it was used and was removed to "make things easier". It is lowered quite a bit but I mean I don't want to drive it how it is. I would rather have it at an acceptable height and instal the fender walls. Because I literally get salt deposits in my doors lol. And that link did not work for me

Not sure why that link didn't work, here is another OEM one but I would just search for fender liners for your version of the evo. The OEM ones are about double the price.

All the links are great. Only thing is none of them come with hardware. Exept the oem kits that are 100+ more Dollars I could spend on those flaps
